Pregnancy Follow-Up Package

Overview:

The Pregnancy Follow-Up package is designed to provide comprehensive antenatal care throughout pregnancy. It includes regular consultations with an Obstetrician, essential blood tests, urine and swab examinations, as well as ultrasound screenings and scans.

The package ensures close monitoring of maternal health and fetal development from early pregnancy up to labor preparation.

Package Includes:

Out-patient consultations with an Obstetrician (up to a maximum of 12 visits)
Blood tests:
- Full blood count for two times (at 12 & 36 weeks)
- Hemoglobin for one time (at 28 weeks)
- Blood grouping
- Antibody screening for two times (at 12 & 28 weeks)
- VDRL
- HIV 1/2 ABS
- HBsAg
- Rubella IgG
- Random blood glucose
- Glucose tolerance test (GTT) for one time (at 20–28 weeks)
Urine examination for microscopy, culture, and sensitivity
High vaginal swab (HVS) for one time (at 37 weeks)
Ultrasound screening (clinic) for two times (at 28, 34–36 weeks)
Scan for one time (20 weeks)
Preparation of labor with midwife at 34 weeks
