These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the website bestivf.ae and all services provided by Best Life Fertility Centre (the Centre), located at Majestic Tower, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

By using our website, booking a consultation, or receiving treatment at our Centre, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. About Best Life Fertility Centre

Best Life Fertility Centre is a JCI and EIAC accredited fertility clinic licensed and operating in full compliance with:

UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2019 Concerning Medically Assisted Reproduction

Ministerial Decision No. 117 of 2024 Concerning Medical and Technical Healthcare Professionals in Fertility Centres

DHA Standards for Fertility Centres (December 2024)

All applicable Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) directives

Our Medical Director is Dr. Mazen Dayeh, a board-certified specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

3. Eligibility for Treatment

In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2019, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) services at Best Life Fertility Centre are available exclusively to:

Legally married heterosexual couples

Patients who can provide valid proof of marriage prior to commencement of treatment

Patients who meet the clinical criteria assessed and certified by our treating physicians

The Centre reserves the right to decline treatment where eligibility requirements are not met or where treatment is clinically contraindicated.

4. Informed Consent

No treatment procedure will commence without obtaining prior written informed consent from both spouses. Consent documents will clearly explain:

The proposed treatment protocol, including risks, benefits, and alternatives

The likelihood of success based on current clinical evidence

The implications of any genetic screening, cryopreservation, or embryo transfer decisions

Financial obligations associated with the proposed treatment

Consent may be withdrawn at any stage prior to an irreversible procedure, by notifying the treating physician or Patient Services team in writing. Withdrawal of consent after an irreversible step has been taken does not entitle the patient to a refund for that procedure.

5. Medical Disclaimer

The information published on bestivf.ae is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation with a qualified fertility specialist.

Fertility treatment outcomes are not guaranteed. Success rates published on this website represent population-level clinical data and do not constitute a promise of individual results. Factors including patient age, diagnosis, and medical history significantly influence outcomes.

The Centre does not accept liability for reliance on website content without an in-person medical assessment.

6. Fees, Packages & Payment

All fees for consultations, procedures, medications, and ancillary services will be communicated in writing prior to commencement of treatment

Quoted package prices are valid for the period specified in your treatment proposal

Payments are due in accordance with the schedule set out in your signed treatment agreement

The Centre accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, and selected insurance plans

All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable in accordance with UAE tax regulations

The Centre does not charge for services not previously agreed in writing

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultation Appointments

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: no charge

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: a cancellation fee may apply

Treatment Cycles

Cancellation prior to commencement of stimulation: deposit refundable minus any administrative costs incurred

Cancellation after stimulation has commenced: pro-rated costs for medications and monitoring will apply

Cancellation after egg retrieval or equivalent irreversible procedure: no refund for the procedure performed

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Patient Services team. All refunds are processed within 14 working days.

8. Cryopreservation & Biological Material

Where eggs, sperm, or embryos are cryopreserved at our Centre, the following conditions apply:

Storage is provided for an initial period of five (5) years from the date of freezing, in accordance with UAE law

Extension of storage requires a written request from both spouses prior to expiry

Annual storage fees apply after the initial period included in your package

The Centre will make reasonable efforts to notify patients prior to storage expiry, but the responsibility to renew rests with the patient

In the event of the Centre ceasing operations, stored material will be transferred in accordance with applicable UAE law and the MOH/DHA protocols for patient protection

Biological material will not be used, transferred, or disposed of without the written and signed consent of both spouses

9. Patient Responsibilities

Patients engaging with Best Life Fertility Centre agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times

Attend all scheduled appointments, or provide adequate notice of cancellation

Follow treatment protocols and medical instructions provided by the clinical team

Disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, and lifestyle factors

Behave respectfully toward all clinical and administrative staff

Notify the Centre immediately of any changes to personal information, insurance, or medical status

10. Website Use

The bestivf.ae website and all its content — including text, images, videos, treatment descriptions, and staff profiles — are the intellectual property of Best Life Fertility Centre and are protected under applicable UAE and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from the Centre

You may use the website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only

You must not introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code to the website

Unauthorised attempts to access our systems or data will be reported to UAE authorities

Our total liability in relation to any clinical claim is governed by UAE Federal Law No. 4 of 2016 on Medical Liability.

13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, patients may escalate their concern to the relevant UAE health authority (DHA, HAAD, or MOHAP).

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Changes to These Terms

Best Life Fertility Centre reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on bestivf.ae with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
